HomeStar Assessments

We are now offering HomeStar assessments for our residential projects!

HomeStar is a rating tool used to assess the performance and sustainability of a house. It can also be used to secure better lending rates through some banks who are looking to encourage sustainable design.

Embodied Carbon Assessments

We offer embodied carbon assessments using LCAQuick, which is an assessment tool developed by BRANZ. This allows us to clearly measure the environmental impacts of key design decisions on each project. We’ll advise you on the total embodied carbon created by your project and can advise a pathway to offset these emissions.
